By registering for a webinar or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Services Covered Under This Policy
This policy applies to:

✅ On-Demand Webinars – Pre-recorded sessions available for later access.

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined below.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a registration for a live webinar, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

📌 Cancellations within 24 hours of registration – Eligible for a full refund.
📌 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the webinar starts – Partial refund available (administrative fees apply).
📌 Cancellations after the webinar has started – No refunds available.

Refund requests for on-demand webinars are only considered if there is a technical issue preventing access to the purchased content.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

✅ If a webinar is canceled by WebiFinance, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
✅ If a client pays for a webinar but cannot access it due to technical issues (verified by our support team), a refund or access to another session will be provided.
✅ If a refund request is made for a canceled registration before the event, partial or full refunds may be issued based on our cancellation policy.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

🚫 Completed Live Webinars – If a webinar has already taken place, no refund will be issued.
🚫 On-Demand Webinars Accessed – If a user has accessed an on-demand session, no refund applies.
🚫 Failure to Attend – No refunds for users who fail to attend a registered live webinar.
🚫 Third-Party Service Fees – Any additional charges imposed by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide Details – Include your name, the webinar or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
3️⃣ Wait for Review – Our team will assess your request and respond within 7 business days.
